RIEJU ENDURO 250,450cc

Realization of a complete enduro motorcycle project. Without having the engine account, which was intended to adapt an existing engine in the market, the project features an aggressive aluminum chassis and an aluminum cast swingarm. The calculation with finite elements on the chassis and swingarm assemblies are key in this type of projects to adjust the dimensions and the weight of the assembly while maintaining the structural specifications demanded. As a result we get a lighter and more compact motorcycle. Two versions of chassis and swingarm were projected, one for the 250cc engine and the colt for the powerful 450cc Yamaha.
